Le Cèdre Cottage is the closest cottage to the château and swimming pool. Filled with natural light, it opens onto a stunning view of the majestic century-old blue cedar tree and the château.
Formerly an artist’s studio, it once welcomed painters, writers and architects, supported by the Alluaud family, the former owners of the estate.
Now renovated in a modern and light-filled style, this cottage offers approximately 110 m² spread over two floors, with tiled flooring on the ground floor and original chestnut wood flooring upstairs.
It is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends, combining history, comfort and nature.
The living room is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating arranged around a wood burning stove, making it the perfect place to unwind on cooler days.
The cottage features a master bedroom with a four poster bed and a second bedroom with twin beds and a baby cot, making it ideal for families and friends. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Spacious and filled with natural light thanks to its large west-facing windows, this bedroom features elegant chestnut wood flooring and a discreet workspace. It can also accommodate a baby cot.
An unusual detail adds to the charm of the room: a fragment of the former Grandmont Abbey, destroyed during the French Revolution, has been incorporated into the wall.

Ideal for children or friends, this bedroom features twin beds and enjoys the same warm and welcoming atmosphere.
